The Observatory of Religions and Secularism has four objectives:

  1. to offer a daily press review on religions and beliefs

  2. to disseminate analyzes, studies, surveys, summaries and research results relating to religions and beliefs and Churches / States relationships, written by experts from the CIERL and various European universities

  3. to provide an annual report on Religion in the European Union and worldwide

  4. to provide tools to users, including 100,000 clippings collected for the last thirty years

    The Observatory offers a daily news review on religions, based on fifteen titles in the daily press, the weekly press and dedicated websitesmainly in French and English. Its focus is in the order of priorities on the Brussels Region, the Belgian contextthe European Union and worldwide.
